What is The scientific method?

You hear from the talking heads on TV the Science shows this or that. Politicians say the Science shows and yet nether the talking heads and by far politicians know what the Science really is and what Scientific Method involves. One thing about the Scientific Method there is no censorship where one theory is pushed above all others. When censorship occurs in Science it is pushing an agenda or by selecting the research that fit a narrative and discounting all others. However, the true scientific method never stops refining a hypothesis. There are steps to the Scientific Method and they are:

1. Make an observation.
2. Ask a question.
3. Form a hypothesis, or testable explanation.
4. Make a prediction based on the hypothesis.
5. Test the prediction.
6. Iterate: use the results to make new hypotheses or predictions.

The scientific method is used in all sciences—including chemistry, physics, geology, and psychology. The scientists in these fields ask different questions and perform different tests. However, they use the same core approach to find answers that are logical and supported by evidence.

One does not stop when the hypothesis matches the prediction. One keeps iterating the same tests to see if the same results time and time again giving the same environment variable (outside factions) of which the observation is based.

Science like it when a theory is challenged. We have seen this over the history of mankind from the flat Earth theory to the Earth is not the center of the universe. This also applies to Medical Science where an observation and a theory must be challenged and retested as outside factors change. This is one reason that experimental drugs should take longer to factor in all external and internal factors that can impact the theory. Rushing any theory and not Iterate given new external and/or internal factors leads to very bad science and results in a narrative for a purpose that in most cases are ill for the general population where this weak theory is pushed.

Think about all the current theories about COVID, masks, experimental drugs and known related issues. A lot of the above was rushed theories that after rigorous testing. Rigor is the formal, objective, and repeatable process with the goal of evaluating test plans to identify them as sufficiently rigorous or call out specific topics for targeted improvement. Even climate change debate has a number of theories and yet none has been proven and fail under rigor and applying other external and internal factors. It does not mean th e theory is wrong, but is not exact yet or has not been proven by independent research as fact. Here is an example of the application of the scientific method using toast. As you read this think of all the external and internal factors that could impact the observation:

1. Make an observation.

Let's suppose that you get two slices of bread, put them into the toaster, and press the button. However, your bread does not toast.

2. Ask a question.

Why didn't my bread get toasted?

3. Propose a hypothesis.

A hypothesis is a potential answer to the question, one that can somehow be tested. For example, our hypothesis in this case could be that the toast didn't toast because the electrical outlet is broken.

Note: This hypothesis is not necessarily the right explanation. Instead, it's a possible explanation that we can test to see if it is likely correct, or if we need to make a new hypothesis.

4. Make predictions.

A prediction is an outcome we'd expect to see if the hypothesis is correct. In this case, we might predict that if the electrical outlet is broken, then plugging the toaster into a different outlet should fix the problem.

5. Test the predictions.

To test the hypothesis, we need to make an observation or perform an experiment associated with the prediction. For instance, in this case, we would plug the toaster into a different outlet and see if it toasts.

6. Iterate.

The last step of the scientific method is to reflect on our results and use them to guide our next steps.

What happened if the circuit breaker tripped on that plug? You need to start the test again with this as the theory and continue until you consistently obtain toasted bread. Remember the bread could also be a factor and theory must be tested as well.

As you can see the Scientific Method if used correctly does not question other theories but tests them and use the results to refine the theory and test again with the new theory. This can include an almost infinite number of external and internal factors.

Yet as with history there are groups that dictate what the theory is and what the observation and outcome will be. Thus one must be very careful about any so called Science from the Government or special interest groups due to their bias (selection of specific external and internal factors) to drive an desired outcome. True Science welcome all comments and observations and only makes the theory stronger with the consideration of other external and internal factors related to the observation and the improved theory.

Remember to continue to refine the theory as more information or questions arise. The Scientific Method is repetitive and is never final as new information, is received related to the observation and the current theory that is change to include additional information. This is never settled and there is always room for improvement as time and technology proceeds.

The attached images shows this process of repeating and improving the theory about a given observation. It never ends. Thus you understand that there is no such thing as settled Science when the Scientific Method is concerned.

Scientists Are Now Using Sound Waves to Regrow Bone Tissue

I have lost a lot of faith with the Medical Community and the Governments over the last several years, but there are a few good things that can raise above the corruption and the pushing of drugs a new approach to heal people. The following is from www.gaia.com and written by Hunter Parsons that does not involve any drug or pushing an ineffective so called vaccine that the drug company is not held accountable in any way but they use sound! The use of sound can regrow bone tissue! Here is the story:

"The future of regenerative medicine could be found within sound healing by regrowing bone cells with sound waves.

The use of sound as a healing modality has an ancient tradition all over the world. The ancient Greeks used sound to cure mental disorders; Australian Aborigines reportedly use the didgeridoo to heal; and Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowls were, and still are, used for spiritual healing ceremonies.

Recently, a study showed an hour-long sound bowl meditation reduced anger, fatigue, anxiety, and ...

Defense Agency Studying Anti-Gravity, Other ‘Exotic Tech’

Not a fan of a Defense Agency studying Anti-Gravity and other Exotic Tech, but if the commercial world and make this technology cheap that will change our world yet again. The following is about three minute read and from www.gaia.com. The below was written by Hunter Parsons:

"Wormholes, invisibility cloaks, and anti-gravity — it’s not science fiction, it’s just some of the exotic things the U.S. government has been researching.

A massive document dump by the Defense Intelligence Agency shows some of the wild research projects the United States government was, at least, funding through the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program known as AATIP.

And another lesser-known entity called the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program or AAWSAP

The Defense Intelligence Agency has recently released a large number of documents to different news outlets and individuals who have filed Freedom of Information Act requests.

Of particular interest are some 1,600 pages released to Vice News, which ...

The City of Eridu is the Oldest on Earth, It’s Largely Unexplored

As our technology gets better we are discovering more about the history of mankind and pushing the timeline back further and further. The following article is from www.gaia.com and written by Michael Chary that discusses this new find that changes the historical timeline:

"Over the past decade, there have been a number of archeological revelations pushing back the timeline of human evolution and our ancient ancestors’ various diasporas. Initially, these discoveries elicit some resistance as archeologists bemoan the daunting prospect of rewriting the history books, though once enough evidence is presented to established institutions, a new chronology becomes accepted.

But this really only pertains to the era of human development that predates civilization — the epochs of our past in which we were merely hunter-gatherers and nomads roaming the savannahs. Try challenging the consensus timeline of human civilization and it’s likely you’ll be met with derision and rigidity.

Conversely, someone of an alternative...

Gravity is a Lie, Light Speed is Slow, Nothing is Real, the Universe is Electric

Not sure if you have heard of a show on YouTube called "The Why Files". If not you should check it out it is interesting and has some humor with it on different subjects. Last weeks was on a different theory how the Universe works and how main stream Science is attempting to shut it down like is always seems to do if it goes aguest some special interest. Today it is akin to what happened to those who questioned the Earth was the Center of the Universe that main stream so called Science all believed during the Renaissance period, They called any theory that the Earth was not the Center of the Universe misinformation. Does this sound familiar today? People laughed and mocked people like Leonardo da Vinci, Nicolaus Copernicus, Georg Purbach as crack-pots, conspiracy theorists, nut-jobs and they were suppressed and even imprisoned for their radical thoughts and observations. Again it sounds like today in so many ways. In any event this is a good one to ponder and see even if a bad idea ...

The hidden influence of chaos theory in our lives

Seemingly chaotic systems like the weather and the financial markets are governed by the laws of chaos theory.

We all have heard about chaos theory, but if you have not or have forgotten what chaos theory is well here you go from interestingengineering.com:

"Chaos theory deals with dynamic systems, which are highly sensitive to initial conditions, making it almost impossible to track the resulting unpredictable behavior. Chaos theory seeks to find patterns in systems that appear random, such as weather, fluid turbulence, and the stock market.

Since the smallest of changes can lead to vastly different outcomes, the long-term behavior of chaotic systems is difficult to predict despite their inherently deterministic nature.

As Edward Lorenz, who first proposed what became commonly known as the Butterfly Effect, eloquently said, "Chaos: When the present determines the future, but the approximate present does not approximately determine the future.""

You may have heard the term about chaos theory as a butterfly flaps its wings in Brazil,...

Is AI better than your doctor? A new study tests the ability of AI to get the right diagnosis

I for one have lost trust in Medical Doctors due to COVID and reflection that they seem to push pills for everything and untested so called vaccines that is using a unproven technology because the Government and the Medical Boards of the State told them to. There are a very few exceptions. Thus they do not address the key problem just prescribe more and more pills to keep you alive an sick longer for them and Big Phama to profit from you. Will AI do any better? Well that depends on what was used for the training of AI. If it also pushes pills and vaccines without question then you have the same problems noted above. However, if the AI Training includes all possible forms of treatment and they zero in on the right issues for the true problem then there is possibilities they would be way better than most of the current Medical Doctors today.

The following is from an article from interestingengineering.com and written by Paul Ratner:

"A new study looks at how accurately AI can diagnose patients. We interview the researcher, who weighs in on AI's role ...
